For the 20-30 percent of the world population with flat feet, it is a nightmare to walk in a pair of regular shoes. Because of the low arches, most of the tendons, ligaments, and bones in your foot are in full contact with the ground and the pressure exerted on you becomes greater.
Continued reliance on these regular shoes results in constant feet, knees, ankles, legs, and back pains. However, with the advancement of technology, newer shoes are being produced specifically for people with flat feet.
