As we all know, sleep is one of the most important parts of our lives. Therefore we ought to make it as much comfortable as possible. You sleep to relax and refresh your body for the next day’s tasks. Certainly, if you don’t get adequate rest during your night sleep, your body is most likely to be inactive the next day you wake-up. There are certain things we should do for us to get a comfortable sleep and one of them is eating. But then, there are certain foods and drinks we should avoid before going to bed. Some of these I will discuss them below.
