As much as we desire our night sleep to be comfortable and sound, there are certain things we should as well be aware of. Of course, these things concern our sleep. Nothing disturbs so much than experiencing lack of sleep. We all go to bed to sleep and relax our bodies. Some people find it hard to fall asleep and assume it's normal.
